Description
Ken Wright Pinot Noir Bryce Vineyard 2022 comes from a small parcel in the Ribbon Ridge AVA, planted on marine sedimentary Willakenzie soils. This site produces Pinot Noir with notable structure, depth and a distinctive savory character thanks to its ancient seabed origins and gentle slopes. Fermented with native yeasts and aged in French oak barrels (30% new), the 2022 vintage is savory, floral and spice-focused. It displays luxuriously deep blueberry, marionberry and pomegranate fruit framed by masculine notes of wet stone, coffee bean, cracked pepper and earthy undertones. On the palate it offers bright acidity, fine-grained tannins and excellent balance. A refined and expressive Pinot Noir that beautifully showcases the power, complexity and unique personality of the Bryce Vineyard terroir.
