Just now it is starting to shed its baby fat to reveal black fruits, cola notes and spice aromas nicely buffered by acidity, tannins and tertiary notes. Excellent depth and complexity this is not only the least expensive Gevrey Chambertin's that we carry but coincidentally one of the best values as well.
