From Domaine Armelle et Bernard Rion, established in Vosne‑Romanée in 1896, this Corton Le Rognet Grand Cru is naturally fermented for about 10 days in cement vats, then aged 12–18 months in 100% new French oak. The élevage polishes and refines the tannins, adding roundness while keeping a solid frame and impressive length on the palate.
