96 Points - Erin Brooks From grapes harvested on September 17, the 2021 Pinot Noir Richard Hermann Cuvée was fermented in concrete and amphorae, and the wine was matured in 60% new Damy Rubis barrels. It has tantalizing aromas that unfold slowly from strawberry and raspberry to nuances of desiccated lilac, tea leaves, allspice and bitters. The palate is seamless! Silky and vibrant, it unfurls layer after fragrant layer as it travels through the mouth, and it has a long, detailed finish.
