93 Point Erin Brooks- The Wine advocate The 2021 Pinot Noir Hyland comes from grapes harvested on October 4 and underwent carbonic maceration in amphorae before maturing in 100% new Damy Rubis barrels. It has a pure, delicate perfume of cranberry, red cherries, dried herbs, lavender and a kaleidoscope of spicy accents. The medium-bodied palate is silky and refreshing, although it offers a powerful core of earth-laced fruit and a long, spicy finish. Only 70 cases were made.
