Brut Rosé is showing very nicely, mingling scents of cherries and strawberries with hints of mandarin, plums and spices. Medium to full-bodied, seamless and complete, with a vibrant core of elegantly fleshy fruit, bright acids and a pillowy mousse, this has turned out very well. Nyetimber Classic Cuvée Rosé NV is a benchmark English sparkling from Sussex, fashioned from a traditional Champagne blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Sourced from estate and selected vineyard parcels, it captures the cool-climate precision and minerality of southern England.
Produced by the traditional method with extended lees aging, it offers vibrant aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry and citrus zest layered over subtle brioche and toasted notes. The palate shows crisp acidity, fine persistent mousse and flavors of red cherry, lemon peel and chalky minerality, finishing with elegant tension and a refined, toasty persistence.
