From the legendary Quintarelli estate in the hills north of Verona, this 2012 Amarone della Valpolicella Classico is rich and complex. Made from rigorously selected, air‑dried grapes and aged many years in large casks, it shows dried cherry, fig and plum with sweet spice, cocoa, tobacco and a subtle balsamic note. Full‑bodied yet beautifully balanced, with vibrant acidity and a very long, velvety finish.
