A. Bergère Les Vignes de Nuits Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut 2019 is a single-vineyard champagne from a privileged plot of old Chardonnay vines in the Vallée du Petit Morin. The limestone-rich soils and excellent exposure of “Les Vignes de Nuits” give this cuvée its purity, tension and distinctive minerality. Vinified with precision and aged on lees for several years, the 2019 vintage displays elegant notes of white peach, lemon zest, acacia blossom and toasted brioche. On the palate it offers a beautiful balance of ripe fruit, chalky minerality, creamy texture and vibrant freshness. A refined and expressive Blanc de Blancs that highlights the finesse and character of this exceptional terroir in the Vallée du Petit Morin.
