William Larue Weller is the barrel‑proof, uncut wheated bourbon in Buffalo Trace’s Antique Collection, released each year in very limited quantities. It shows a deep, layered nose of caramel, vanilla fudge, dark cherry and dried fruit, woven with baking spice, tobacco and toasted oak. The palate is full‑bodied and opulent, with sweet corn and toffee richness balanced by firm oak, spice and a warming, endlessly long finish.
