The 2015 vintage consists of a refined composition of 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay, enhanced with a 13% proportion of Pinot Noir red wine from the legendary 'Clos Colin' parcel. The unparalleled quality of Pinot Noir forms the backbone of all Veuve Clicquot Champagnes. As Madame Clicquot herself once stated: "Our black grapes produce the best white wines."
