100% Cabernet Franc aged in French oak that taps directly into the current momentum pushing this variety to the forefront of Costa Toscana winemaking. Planted at 450 meters in elevation in iron-rich clay soils and just a crow’s flight from the Tyrrhenian Coast, the vines benefit from added luminosity and cooling marine breezes that shape both structure and freshness. The wine is tight and vertical in feel, delivering black fruit, dusty mineral tones and a subtle touch of sea salt, with extra concentration drawn from the warm vintage. Firm, skin-driven tannins and notable grip define the palate today, giving the wine a restrained profile that suggests it will need additional time in bottle.
