The 2023 Sauvignon Blanc Dalla Gasperina Vineyard shows a fresher profile than the 2022, with a distinct green‑fruited edge. Aromas of lime, pineapple and melon abound, leading to a medium to full‑bodied palate that is soft and rounded, with a silky texture and notes of citrus pith and brine on the finish. Only 56 cases were produced. Modus Operandi is the personal project of founder‑winemaker Jason Moore, an ex‑Dallas sommelier and self‑taught vigneron who launched the label in 2004 and now focuses on characterful, single‑vineyard wines from Napa and Sonoma.
