From one of southern Italy’s benchmark producers, this powerful, elegant Aglianico shows ripe dark cherry, black plum and wild berry framed by savory underbrush, smoked leather and volcanic minerality. Aromas of dried herbs, tobacco and baking spice lead to a full‑bodied palate with concentrated fruit, firm fine‑grained tannins and bright acidity. Cocoa, espresso and cedar emerge with air, finishing long and saline. Approachable now with decanting, yet built for medium‑term aging.
